Work, New Friends, and a Night Out: A Day in the Life of a Student in Vienna
Today, I woke up at 9:30 a.m. and worked at the reception in my student dorm until 4 p.m. I did a bit of everything, from changing mattresses in the rooms to leaving goody bags and making sure everything was ready for new residents. After work, I headed to my room, took a shower, and relaxed for a bit.
At 5:30 p.m., I went to a meeting with most of my classmates from uni. I can’t say I enjoyed the first part because it was cold, and we were sitting on the wet grass in a park. But I did manage to make a new friend, and the two of us, along with two girls I met at a bar last Friday, went to a terrace in Stephansplatz for a drink.
When I got home, I was starving, but my fridge was empty since I didn’t have time for groceries today, so I ordered some food and ate while watching a movie.
